Medic

The Medic's Treat Disease removes every cube of one colour from their city in a single action, not just one. On top of that, cubes of any already-cured colour are removed automatically, for free, from any city the Medic is in or moves into — no action needed — and no new cube or outbreak of a cured colour can ever occur in the Medic's own city while they're there.
