Solo Game Setup

Deal the set-up City cards face up into the Player Discard Pile, and redeal if more than 6 of one colour appear. Shuffle in 4 Events, not Special Orders. Don't use the Dispatcher, Researcher, Epidemiologist or Local Liaison. The CDC has no pawn, you can't Share Knowledge with it, and in the Lab challenge it may take 1 lab action instead.
