The Shared Card Must Match the City You're Both In

The City card being given or taken must match the name of the city both pawns are currently standing in — not the colour of the disease, and not any other city. The Researcher is the only exception, in both directions: they may give away any City card, and another player sharing their city may take any card from them, regardless of what it matches.
