Drawing 2 Epidemic Cards at Once

It's rare but possible for both cards you draw to be Epidemics. Resolve one completely — Increase, Infect, Intensify — and only then start the second one from its own Increase step. Event cards may be played between the two. Check the hand limit once both are resolved.
