No Replacement Card After an Epidemic

Once an Epidemic card is fully resolved, it's set aside for the rest of the game — nothing is drawn to replace it. The Player Deck permanently gets 1 card smaller every time an Epidemic comes up, which is exactly what brings the deck closer to running out.
