Hireling Setup and Limits

Hirelings are set up counterclockwise from the last player, and a faction can't be played if its matching hireling is in play. An uncontrolled hireling rules clearings as if it were a player. Hirelings can't act through your Move, False Orders or the Vagabond's Allied relationship.
