Lizard Cult

The Lizard Cult has reach 2 and builds gardens. It rules any clearing where it has a garden, and crafts in Evening using gardens that match the Outcast suit. Whenever a card is spent or discarded it goes to the Lost Souls pile, and removing a garden makes the Cult discard a random card. Bird cards are not wild for its rituals.
