Bargains and Taking Power Cards

A Bargain is paid by removing Presence from the game and permanently gaining less Energy: an "X Energy per turn" cost blocks the first X Energy you would gain each turn, from any source. Taking a Power card puts the top card of that deck into your hand, and taking a Major doesn't make you Forget a card. Presence instructions mean your own Presence unless they say otherwise.
