Power Cards

Each Power card shows its Energy cost, the Elements it grants, its speed (Fast or Slow), its Range, its Target, its effect, and sometimes an Elemental Threshold bonus. You choose and pay for cards in the Spirit Phase, then resolve them in the Fast or Slow Power Phase matching their speed.
