Build

In each land of the terrain shown on the Build card that already contains Invaders, add one piece: a City if that land has more Towns than Cities, otherwise a Town. Lands of that terrain without any Invaders don't Build.

With Branch & Claw: With Branch & Claw, if Invaders would Build in a land with Disease, remove one Disease from that land instead.
