Explorers have 1 Health and deal 1 Damage when Ravaging; Towns have 2 Health and deal 2; Cities have 3 Health and deal 3. Destroying a Town generates 1 Fear and a City 2 Fear. Invaders only harm the land and Dahan when they Ravage — merely sharing a land does nothing — and the number of Invaders isn't limited by the pieces in the box.
