Elemental Thresholds

A threshold is an extra effect you may use only if you've gained the listed Elements this turn. If you meet several thresholds on one Power, do each of them in order from top to bottom — except a threshold marked "Instead", which replaces the effects above it rather than adding to them. You may always choose to resolve a Power as if you had fewer Elements.
