Spirit Phase — Full Sequence

Every Spirit, simultaneously: 1) resolves one Growth option; 2) gains Energy equal to the highest uncovered number on its Energy track; 3) chooses which Power cards to play this turn (up to its Card Plays limit), pays their full Energy cost immediately and gains their Elements immediately — even for Slow cards. No card effects resolve yet.
