Hellas Map
Hellas & ElysiumTerraforming Mars
On Hellas, the south pole space costs 6 M€ to place a tile on, but it gives you an ocean tile, with its TR, to place on any available ocean area. Heat placement bonuses appear in the Hellas sea and around the south pole. Noctis City and Lava Flows lose their placement restrictions and may go on any non-ocean area.
