Terraform Rating (TR)

Your TR starts at 20 (14 in solo). It rises by 1 whenever you raise temperature or oxygen by one step or place an ocean, but not when the parameter is already maxed. TR is added to your M€ income every Production phase and counts as VP at game end.

With Turmoil: Every Turmoil phase, all players lose 1 TR.
