On your turn choose one of your five Action cards, optionally spend X-tokens to raise its strength, and perform its action at the strength of the slot it sits in. Then move that card to slot 1 and resolve any effect that happens after finishing your action. You can't choose to do nothing, but if you can't or don't want to use any action you take 1 X-token instead.
