When You Can't Perform an Action
TurnArk Nova
You may not do nothing with an action, such as playing 0 Animal cards or building 0 buildings. If you can't or don't want to perform any of the 5 actions, take 1 X-token instead, still choosing an Action card and moving it to slot 1.
