Hand Size & the Draw Deck

Your hand holds 8 cards. Once both of your actions for the turn are complete, refill from the Draw Deck back up to 8 where possible — not after each individual action. Once the Draw Deck is exhausted, your hand shrinks by 2 each turn instead of refilling, until you have none left — this is the normal, expected approach to an era's end, not an error.
