Breweries

A Brewery produces beer barrels on the tile itself — 1 barrel if it's built in the Canal Era, 2 if built in the Rail Era. You may always spend beer from your own unflipped Brewery with no connection needed, but an opponent's unflipped Brewery must be connected to wherever the beer is needed. It flips automatically, raising its owner's income, the instant its last beer barrel is taken.
