Dragon: Limits and Knock-on Effects

The dragon never enters the city of Carcassonne, and stops early if every tile next to it has already been visited this turn. If it eats your last meeple on a road or city, your builder there returns; if it eats a field's last farmer of yours, your pig there returns. A barn may still be placed at a volcano tile's corner.
