The Dragon & Volcanoes

The Princess & the DragonCarcassonne

On a volcano tile the dragon moves there and no meeple may be placed. After a dragon tile is placed (a meeple is allowed), players starting with you take turns moving the dragon one space up, down, left or right, until it has moved 6 spaces or can't move. It can't revisit a tile this turn or enter the fairy's tile, and every figure on a tile it enters is eaten — returned unscored: meeples, abbots, large meeples, builders, pigs, meeples on towers, mayors and wagons. It doesn't eat the fairy, towers, barns, bridges, castles, or meeples in a castle or in the city of Carcassonne. A dragon tile drawn before any volcano is in play is set aside and a new tile drawn; set-aside dragon tiles are shuffled back in once the first volcano is placed.
