Forum Card Auction (Expert)

Instead of dealing starting patricians, show players + 1 blue forum cards. From the start player, bid victory points (from 0) for one card; the winner takes it, moves back that many VP and drops out. Auctions continue until everyone has one; the last player takes one of the last two free and discards the other.
