Swords Don't Count Without Troops
ClarificationDune: Imperium
If you have no troops in the conflict your strength is 0, however many swords you reveal, and you get no reward.
With Rise of Ix: A dreadnought in the conflict counts as a troop for this purpose: with a dreadnought there but no troops, your strength doesn't drop to 0 and your swords still count.
