Mutation Setup and Cards

Shuffle the 3 Mutation Events into the Player Deck after dealing hands, and after the first 9 infections put the 2 Mutation! cards on the Infection Discard Pile. A Mutation! card counts as one of your Infection draws; if purple is eradicated, discard it without effect, and Resilient Population can't remove one. Mutation Events are resolved when drawn and count as card draws; with an Epidemic, resolve the Mutation Event first; with two Mutation Events, the drawer chooses the order.
