Pharmacist

The Pharmacist can reveal City cards to treat disease in those cities as actions. They can also remove one cube of a cured disease from any city per action. In the Superbug challenge they may reveal a card to Distribute Vaccine in that city instead, or reveal an Isolated Disease Sample card to remove a cube of that colour.
