Shuffle the 10 Emergency Events and use as many as Epidemic cards, putting 1 in each pile of the Player Deck. Resolve one the moment it is drawn, before any Epidemic drawn with it; if you draw two, you choose the order. Continuing ones stay face up by the deck and don't count toward hand limits. Emergency Events aren't Event cards. Their effects are on Emergency Event Effects.
