GeneralTerraforming Mars
As an action, spend 8 plants to place a greenery tile, which raises oxygen one step and gives you 1 TR if oxygen isn't maxed. Also as an action, spend 8 heat to raise temperature one step, which gives you 1 TR if temperature isn't maxed. Some cards reduce the plant cost.
