Venus NextTerraforming Mars
The Venus scale runs from 0% to 30% in 15 steps of 2%, with the marker starting at 0%. Each step raised gives +1 TR as normal, and it stops giving TR when maxed. Raising Venus to 8% draws you a card for free, and raising it to 16% gives you an extra TR.
