Gain Food

Place your action cube in the forest row's leftmost slot not covered by a bird, choose that many dice from the birdfeeder, and take 1 matching food token per die — the slot sets how many, and a forest with more birds in it gives more. Where the slot shows the icon, you may also discard 1 bird card from your hand for 1 extra food. Then activate any brown forest-bird powers on your mat, right to left. The cube ends the turn at the row's far left; it doesn't block that slot next time.
