Appeal Gained on Another Player's Turn Doesn't End the Game Right Away
ClarificationArk Nova
The end of the game can only be triggered at the end of your turn or during a break. If appeal gained on another player's turn, such as from Polar Bear Exhibit, would meet the conservation counter, you wait until one of those moments and then trigger the end, unless someone else triggers it first.
