A Round — Full Sequence

In turn order, each player takes their full turn (2 actions, or 1 in round 1). Once every player has acted, the round ends: turn order is reset for next round based on who spent the least money, and every player collects income equal to their income level. VP is not scored every round — only at the end of an era.
