End of Round

Once every player has taken their turn, reset turn order — whoever spent the least money this round goes first next round, with ties keeping their previous relative order — then every player collects income from the Bank equal to their income level (no income is collected at the end of the game's final round). VP is not scored at the end of a round; only Links and flipped tiles at the end of an era are.
