Running Out of a Specific Industry Tile
ClarificationBrass: Birmingham
If every tile of an industry has already left your Player Mat — either built onto the board or Developed away to the box — that industry is done for you: nothing brings a tile back to your mat once it's gone, so you simply can't Build or Develop that industry again for the rest of the game.
