Build

Discard a Location card to build any Industry tile at the location named on the card, or an Industry card to build the matching industry in a location that's part of your network. Take your lowest-level buildable tile of that industry from your Player Mat, pay its money cost onto your Character tile, and consume any iron or coal it needs, before placing it — on a space showing only that industry's icon if one's open there, saving a shared-icon space for later. In the Canal Era you may only ever have 1 Industry tile per location (the Rail Era lifts this).
