Building Two Rail Links at Once
ClarificationBrass: Birmingham
A single Network action in the Rail Era can build 1 rail Link for £5, or 2 rail Links together for £15 plus 1 beer, with 1 coal consumed for each Link built (so 2 coal total for the double option). This is still only 1 of your 2 actions for the turn.
