Fishing on Catan

A lake replaces the desert and 6 fishing grounds sit on the coast; buildings next to them (or the lake) get fish tokens when their number rolls: settlement 1, city 2. Spend fish on your turn: 2 move the robber away, 3 steal a resource, 4 take a resource, 5 build a road, 7 buy a development card; excess is lost. Fish aren't resources: they can't be stolen, don't count on a 7, can't be traded in your action phase, and you may hold 7. The old boot's holder needs 11 VPs instead of 10 and may pass it to a player with as many or more VPs.
