If you build any settlements or cities in your action phase, take 1 wagon (roads don't count). At the end of your turn everyone may bid wool and wheat (1 vote per card) on one location; the wagon goes where most votes are (on a tie the top bidder chooses, otherwise you do), and bids are discarded. Trains start at the watering hole and never branch. A wagon on a road's edge counts as an extra road for Longest Route, and each building between 2 wagons is worth +1 VP. You need 12 VPs to win.
