Superbug Infection Card
State of EmergencyPandemic
A Superbug Infection card does not count as an Infection draw: draw another card. If that city has no purple cubes and its disease isn't eradicated, add 1 purple cube instead of 1 of its colour; otherwise infect normally, adding both. Then discard the Superbug card. Once the Superbug is eradicated, remove these cards from the game when drawn.
