Middle East Garbage and Nuclear Plants
Middle East / South AfricaPower Grid
At the start and in Step 1 there are no garbage or nuclear plants available. After preparing the market and stack, remove plants 06, 11 and 14 if they are in the current market. Garbage and nuclear plants in the future market stay there, but when one moves into the current market in Step 1 you remove it at once. A removed plug-back plant leaves the game, while a removed bigger plant goes face down below the stack.
With The New Power Plants: Set 2: With Set 2, remove plants 05, 13 and 14 into the box if they are in the current market, and in Step 1 buy only oil for hybrid plants because garbage is unavailable until Step 2.
