Two Networks on Two Islands

When both islands are in play you choose your first city among all vacant cities on either island. To start a second network on the other island, choose any vacant city there and pay an extra 20 Elektro on top of its costs; after that, connect further cities by the base rules. Count the cities of both networks on the scoring track. A robot starts a second network only if that is the cheapest way to reach a new city.
