Northern Europe Setup

For each region in play add its two new plants and remove the old plants with the same numbers into the box: Denmark 19 and 26, Norway 07 and 46, Sweden (South) 10 and 39, Sweden (North) 21 and 25, Finland 32 and 44, Baltic States 18 and 22. Fill the resource market with coal on spaces 3–8, oil on 3–8, garbage on 5–8 and uranium on 7–16, and use the Northern Europe refill card.

With The New Power Plants: Set 2: With Set 2, for each region in play add that region's two new plants and remove the old plants with the same numbers. If Norway is in play make sure plant 07 is among the plug-back plants before preparing the market, and if Sweden (South) is in play make sure plant 10 is.
