UK & Ireland Setup

You may choose regions on both islands, but the regions chosen in Great Britain must still be connected; against the Trust, if the playing area is on both islands, its 6 starting houses may be placed in two separate groups. Fill the resource market with coal on spaces 1–8, oil on 3–8 and garbage on 5–8, with no uranium to start, and use the UK & Ireland refill card. After preparing the stack put the Step 3 card as the third-last card, with two plants below it. At the start of Step 3 shuffle those two with all plants put below the stack during the game and use them as the new stack.
