MarsBot Placement and Terraforming Bonuses

Instead of printed placement bonuses, MarsBot gains 1 M€ for each bonus icon its tile covers, and 2 M€ for placing next to an ocean. The −24 °C and −20 °C heat production steps give it 2 M€ instead. A bonus step that gives another terraforming action is done at once (a Failed Action if it can't be). It gains TR for raising parameters as normal.
