Flipping Industry Tiles

A flipped tile shows its VP and income reward face up, and is done producing — every industry type raises its owner's income on flip, not just the resource producers. Coal Mines, Iron Works and Breweries flip automatically the instant their last resource is taken by anyone. Cotton Mills, Manufacturers and Potteries flip only when their owner performs a Sell action on them.
