Italian Nuclear Phase-Out
After a player buys nuclear plant 39 in Phase 2, no more uranium is added to the market until the end of the game. If 39 was not bought, or was removed during preparation, this is not triggered. Resupply uses the Italy refill cards.
With The New Power Plants: Set 2: With Set 2 this is triggered by buying nuclear plant 37 instead.
