Korea Buying Resources

You may buy from either market regardless of where your network is, but each round only from one of them. In reverse player order each player picks a market and must buy all their resources for the round there; if that market lacks a resource you want, you cannot buy it this round. The Trust picks the market that gives the cheapest resources for the most of its plants, and the South Korea market on a tie. In Phase 5 restock the north market first, then the south, as much as possible.
