Korea has two separate resource markets, north and south, and you use the Korea refill card. North: coal on spaces 1–8, oil on 3–8, garbage on 7–8, with no uranium. South: coal on 1–8, oil on 3–8, garbage on 7–8 and uranium on 14–16.
