End of Game
ScoringTerraforming Mars
The game ends once temperature is at +8°C, oxygen at 14% and all 9 oceans are placed. Finish that generation, including its Production phase. Then, in player order, each player may convert plants into greenery tiles, which still give placement bonuses. Then do final scoring.
With Venus Next: Venus does not have to be maxed to end a multiplayer game; in solo you must max it too.
With Turmoil: The Turmoil phase is not performed when the game ends.
