Final Scoring

Add up: your final TR; Award VP (5 for first, 2 for second, but no second place in a 2-player game; tied players all score, and if two or more tie for first no second place is given); 5 VP per Milestone; 1 VP per greenery tile you own; 1 VP for each greenery next to each of your cities; and the VP on all your cards, events included. Most VP wins, and ties go to the player with the most M€.

With Turmoil: Also add 1 VP for each Party Leader and for the Chairman you own.
