The Five Milestones

Terraformer: TR 35 or more; Mayor: 3 or more city tiles; Gardener: 3 or more greenery tiles; Builder: 8 or more Building tags in play; Planner: 16 or more cards in hand when you claim it. Each costs 8 M€ and is worth 5 VP, and only 3 can be claimed in the whole game.

With Turmoil: With Turmoil on the Tharsis board, a replacement Terraformer tile requires only TR 26.
